Happy V DAY!! V is of course for Valentine’s day which is my mom’s favorite holiday. For my entire life, we sent out Valentine’s day cards to every person we knew instead of holiday cards because life is all about being unique! I think it’s actually a really beautiful thing to celebrate love and not Christmas. While I do not have a boyfriend as of February 13, 2023 at 11:17 PM, things can change on a dime in this town!
I wish that in college you did what you did in elementary school, which was hand delivering candy to every single one of your classmates. I absolutely lived for writing little notes on the ones I put in my crushes’ mailboxes and of course they never returned the love. I wish I could be in a class with all of my crushes today and deliver handwritten notes but that would be weird and none of them are even in any of my classes!
In preschool I had a crush on a boy and was so bold that I wrote “I love you NAME” on his card and there’s a picture of me delivering it. Years later, I would come to have a crush on his significantly less cool and hot brother, but the heart wants what it wa-ah-ah-ants by Selena Gomez.
I wish my heart wanted something right now but I can’t help but embarrass myself near boys at least twice a week! All my heart wants is a goddamn break and a boy who just appears when my hair is blown out and I’m wearing a good outfit. Boys really do come around at the damndest times. I think this Valentine’s day, or more like Galentine’s day, I’ll simply have to focus on loving myself and my girls which is a gender neutral term for my friends.
I do have a lot of love for so many people and so many things and especially food and activities. I decided that I must make a list to express gratitude because even though I can give off narcissistic vibes by simply having a substack, I actually care DEEPLY about others. And everyone knows that if you question whether or not you’re a narcissist, you legally cannot be a narcissist.
Without further ado, here are all of the things I love, in no particular order.

My apologies that this newsletter is so short, I just wanted to spread a little bit of love on this Valentine’s day and thought I could do that by reaching out to my loyal fan base. I think substack has a new feature now where you can comment so comment what you love and what you would like me to talk about because I really am trying to make this newsletter more than once in a blue moon.
LOVE LOVE LOVE XOXO
